Associated Data Analysis and Application Based on the Stress Measurements
Abstract
Stress is the essential measurand for the structural health monitoring system of the spatial steel structures, which can be usually used to evaluate the strength of the structural member directly and the safety of the whole structure indirectly. The strain sensors are placed to collect the measurements, while the effectiveness of such headend sensors is the key point to ensure the whole structural health monitoring evaluation based on the stress measurements be in normal working condition. This paper focuses on the inherent correlation relationship of structural stress measurements, the associated data analysis is given and the sensor diagnosis is given as the application of the associated data analysis. The stress measurements collected from the structural health monitoring system of Shenzhen Bay Stadium are used as an example to illustrate proposed associated data analysis and its application, which can be the references for the association analysis and its application of the similar large span spatial structures.
