Damage Fault Analysis for Subway Vehicle Fuse of Non-short Circuit
Abstract
Non-short-circuit damage increases the economic cost of operating vehicle and affects the operational strategy of the operating circuit. In this paper, a set of fault diagnosis test system is designed based on NI as detecting hardware for metro vehicles with frequent non-short-circuit faults in the fuse. Dasylab software is used to build the system's acquisition part, and the overall statistical analysis of the test data is carried out of the train operation period. The VMD analysis is performed on the abnormal data that deviates from the mean value, and the frequent cause of non-short-circuit faults in the fuse is finally found. The results indicate that the fault diagnosis test system and analysis method designed in this paper are effective and reliable. The method has reliable engineering practical value.
