Study on Evaluation Strategies and Criteria of Dynamic Performance of the Railway Freight Cars Applied to Condition Monitoring
Abstract
The demand of rapid growth of the railway transportation equipment monitoring occurs with the rapid development of heavy-haul and rapid rail freight. The broad prospects for development are presented by the progress of testing, data processing and communication technology. Main effect of condition monitoring technology is the guarantee of railway wagon running safety and providing data support for the repairing time. The monitoring problems related with vehicle dynamic performance are researched only in this article. By means of the test and analysis of acceleration on the specific positions on the vehicle, the vehicle performance was graded and the results of all levels of performance form judgment are sent to the data center, and the vehicles subsequent handling is decided in accordance with the results above. It is discussed about the classification principles of vehicle dynamic performance, the possible cause of the change trend of vehicle dynamic performance and the coping strategies and measures. This is the support of the railway vehicle safety and repairing technology, has a broad space for development.
