Abstract

Due to the failure of the bearing of Ying Shuiqiao running locomotive traction motor, there is a lot of failure. In order to investigate the influence of railway online on locomotive traction motor bearings, be tested vibration of locomotive traction motor bearing position. Compared with different railway lines, the bearing body is subjected to vibration impact to analysis the relationship between bearing failure with vibration energy online. In order to compare the traction motor energy levels of railway lines of different bearing failure rate, acceleration vs. time history of railway line of Ying Shuiqiao locomotive depot for high bearing failure rate and railway line of Hu Dong locomotive depot for failure-free are measured. Based on the power spectrum estimation data analysis method, the vibration magnitude of measurement points in two lines is summarized. The results show that the line with many faults is lower than that of the line with no fault. It shows that there is no direct connection between the fault of Ying Shuiqiao locomotive traction motor bearing failure with the vibration magnitude of railway line.
