The Study of Data Traceability of High-Speed EMU Based on PHM System

Abstract

For the purpose of solving the emerging data quality problem of high-speed EMU in the process of train-to-ground data transmission, data processing and management, this paper studied the data traceability in combination with all kinds of data received and processed in PHM system. All of the data are sequentially tracked, analyzed and managed according to the process of receiving and analyzing, then visualization technology was used to display them in the PHM system and finally the research and application solutions of high-speed EMU data traceability based on PHM system were established. The implementation of the solution not only guarantees the integrity and accuracy of the application data in PHM but also further improves the transparency of the EMU operation information, so as to consolidate the data foundation for ensuring the safety of train operation.
