Research on Stray Current Protection System for Light Railway Renewal and Reconstruction Project
Abstract
In recent years, China's urban rail transit mileage has increased rapidly. Due to the current widespread use of DC traction power supply with running rail reflux, stray current will inevitably be generated in operation. With the extension of service time, the influence of stray current generated by DC power supply light railway transit system needs more and more attention. This includes electrochemical corrosion of steel bars in buried concrete pipelines, railway stations, section tunnels, viaducts and other concrete structures around the track. This paper expounds the significance of the automatic monitoring system for the light railway stray current corrosion installed since the opening of the Tianjin - Binhai Mass Transit, and explains the principle and the system composition of the self-developed stray current corrosion automatic monitoring system. It is proved that the measurement accuracy of the stray current corrosion automatic system meets the design requirements, and the stray current monitoring data of the key stations and new stations in recent years are also analyzed and discussed.
