Abstract

For the purpose of improving the reliability of electric locomotive’s traction control system, and solving the problems of wire’s mass fracture. Through researching the converter module’s driving board wire-break phenomenon of HXD1 locomotive, based on the module’s vibration analysis on locomotive, introduced an easy and new measure to slow the fatigue of wire connection. For the first time by using the measured real road spectrum to simulate vibration test in the actual road conditions, by the contrast of the reliability of several wire-dealing ways, further we developed heat-shrinkable tubular terminals to solve the problem of harness break caused by vibration and fatigue. Now this kind of skill had been massively popularized on other products like metro, mine truck and high-speed train, The connection reliability of the traction control system are encouraged to increase to over 25 years.
