Feedback of Professional Growth: A New Teaching Method from Reform of Colleges and Universities

Abstract


Feedback of Professional Growth, a new teaching method was provided in this article from reform of colleges and Universities in one-year practice. The model of Feedback of Professional Growth had six items (content, generation, exhibition, work team, teacher, student), and was involved with six managerial thoughts, such as ability training, motivation, team work, leadership, personality and management by objectives. Feedback of Professional Growth mixed teaching methods and management perfectly.
