Test Research about Film-Forming Ability of Lubricant Oil with Magnetic Nanoparticles as Additive

Abstract


The paper introduces Variation of film thickness of lubricant oil that be appended different contents of MnZnFe204 magnetic nanoparticles with entraining velocity by test measure, and contrast with test outcome of base oil, 220# gear oil. By the way of contrast analysis, the lubricant oil can be appended with different contents of MnZnFe204 magnetic nanoparticles can greatly enhance its sorption, be propitious to form adsorbing film, and the film is thicker than ordinary lubricant oil.
