Research and Application of Dynamic Monitoring of Wheelset State of EMU
Abstract
The wheelset and axle box composition is one of the most important components of the high-speed EMU bogie system, and its health determines the safety of the EMU's operation. This paper studies the construction of the PHM system and model, collects and processes the data of each subsystem, dynamically monitors the parameter changes and health status of the wheelset and axle box, and realizes the over-limit parameter judgment and warning based on the development trend of convection data. The mining and data fusion can detect abnormal situations in time and take measures to ensure operational safety and prolong the service life of running parts. Case studies have shown that trend judgment based on data comparison and information mining based on data fusion can find faults and anomalies in a timely and effective manner, and realize fault prediction and health management.
