Design of Automatic Continuity and Insulation Test System for Railway Vehicle Based on Distributed Structure
Abstract
This system adopts distributed structure to distribute the test equipment around the tested vehicle and provide power and communication for the test equipment through cascade cables. One end of the adapter cable is connected to the peripheral interface of the test equipment, and the other end is connected to the electrical interface of the tested vehicle. This structure can minimize the volume of equipment and the length of adapter cable, reduce the time of test preparation and recovery, and improve the efficiency of automatic conduction insulation test for the whole rail vehicle.
