Research and Application of Indicator-based Rule Engine for WTD Data of High Speed EMU
Abstract
For the complexity of high-speed EMU operation data,it is difficult for business personnel to deal with the deficiency of monitoring data in real-time. This paper constructs the rule engine for the WTD data of high-speed EMU based on indicator system, then combined and applied in PHM System effectively. First of all, the classification indicator system of vehicle WTD data is formed through indicator construction, which is illustrated through a tree diagram in the PHM system. Secondly, a three-layer data storage structure is established according to the indicator system, which consists of the online monitoring layer, data integration layer and online / offline mining layer. And then on top of what has stated above, the business personnel can form the expression through logical value configuration and simulated value configuration and finally form an online mechanism rule model through real time streaming calculation. This research and application will reduce the dependence on the program development for the business personnel. It can also increase the efficiency of the development for the mechanism rule model so as to ensure the safety of train operations.
