Digital Governance Promotes Public Service Supply Reform

Abstract


At present, the main problem in Chinese public service field is the mismatch between supply and demand. With the development of individualized, real-time and large-scale public demand, higher requirements have been placed on the government's public service supply. At the same time, promoting the reform of government public service supply is also a requirement for implementing my country's smart society and digital China strategies. This article analyzes the practice of digital government construction in the four provinces of Guangdong, Guizhou, Jiangxi ang Zhejiang starting from the four perspectives of supply providers, supply methods, supply content, and supply supervision. The research finds that digital governance can optimize the traditional public service supply model, improve the current supply dilemma of China's public service and further drive the reform of China's public service supply model and the optimization of mechanisms through innovating public service supply operation models, reforming the supply mode, providing refined service and transforming supervision methods. This article has certain reference significance for improving the current supply dilemma of public service in China and hopes to be a reference for all regions.
