A Study on Strategic Human Resource Management and Sports Organization Performance

Abstract


In the era of knowledge economy, how to acquire and maintain the core competitive advantage through the human resources, and then improve the organizational performance is the key problem of organization’s survival and development. Based on the literature research, the theoretical basis and three orientations of the research on the relationship between strategic human resource management and sports organization performance are discussed, and put forward some suggestions on the existing problems of the study.
