Empirical Analysis of Internal Factors of Construction Development in Eastern China

The construction industry is a complex system, which is affected by many factors. This paper studies the main influencing factors of the construction industry in eastern China from the internal perspective and uses the improved Cobb-Douglas production function and Solow growth model, combining with three internal factors’ data in 2000-2016:capital input, labor input, technical level, The contribution rate of three factors to the added value of construction industry in eastern China is calculated respectively, which is 70.96%,2.64%, 26.4%.Finally,the ratio of economic growth in the eastern region was calculated as 36.86. Based on the empirical results, the rationalization proposals for the development of the construction industry in the eastern region are given.
